Services & Scope of Practice

Synergy Sanctuary offers wellness services including therapeutic massage, bodywork, energy work, and other related holistic offerings. These services are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, rejuvenation, and overall well-being.

Our services are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis of any kind, or sole treatment for a medical diagnosis. Clients are encouraged to consult with their primary healthcare provider for any medical concerns. 

Client Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide--including health history and intake forms--is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree to communicate openly about your comfort, boundaries, and any changes in your physical or emotional state during a session. 

Booking, Payments & Pricing

  • All sessions and products must be paid for in full at the time of service.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers, memberships or packages are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session.

This policy honors the practioner's time and care involved in holding space for your wellness.

Products & Essential Oils

Products sold through Synergy Sanctuary are intended for external use only unless otherwise specified. Always follow usage instructions and discontinue use if any irritation occurs. 

Synergy Sanctuary is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from product misuse, allergies, or sensitivities not disclosed prior to purchase. 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website--including text, images, branding and educational materials--is property of Synergy Sanctuary LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission from the owner Macy Mullen-Racca LMT.

Limitation of Libility

Synergy Sanctuary is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in services, use of products, or reliance on information provided through the website, except where prohibited by law.

By engaging in services at Synergy Sanctuary, you voluntarily assume responsibility for your own well-being. 

Right to Refuse Service 

Synergy Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. These reasons may be but are not limited to:

  • Sexual suggestions/sexual harrasment

  • Attend a session under the influence of drugs/alcohol and appear to be intoxicated 

  • Any verbal or physical misconduct to practioner's, physical space, property of Synergy Sanctuary
